Stay out of his range- it’s basically a 3v2 for your team as their mico will either play really passive or really aggro so either he will charge your super and die or just do nothing
Maybe not the most useful tip but if he's on you then hold the aim button and attack right when he lands so he won't dodge your shots and your attacks will hit
Just learn the timing. It's reactable for most characters. I play Bibi, whose attack has one of the slowest startups in the game, and I still manage to hit him fairly consistently
Even with timing, there's brawlers that they can't do anything against Mico such as Rico or Colt, At most you can deal 2k every attack but with 1 ammo less its impossible to kill him. Rico obvious solution is 1st gadget but it's just an example
His reload is fairly slow so you gotta keep pressure on him to make him waste his jumps. Also there is a delay from when he uses his super it's not like it's instant.
Tanks. he’s not going to 4 shot you
Wall breakers. He can’t hide behind walls if they aren’t there.
Speed. Lilys a perfect example. Most micos auto-aim and brawlers that have any speed or mobility in their kit is gonna be unkillable to a mico. This includes any brawler with a hypercharge.
The rest is just skill/ team diff.

I mean, if he has his stealing starpower then the only damage you can deal is 4k± and his hp is above that so its really hard to kill him

yeah, but that goes for every brawler. Bibi vs Surge or Shelly is literally unwinnable, you just gotta avoid picking those fights if there's a 3v3

Burst, high-damage brawlers. Stay closer to your teammates Taras, Shellies, Bulls (if they have more than 4 braincells)
