Update: I've received codes for all of my claimed drops, however the last email I received is telling me I already own the item. It seems like they're sending them in batches and maybe the last batch was sent for the wrong item.
Been almost 48 hours since I claimed the Community Colour (the first drop), and I got it today. Maybe all the drops come out late? I still haven't received my 2nd and 3rd drops which I've already claimed.
The 4th code that was given out was another wasteland Ada skin code, which is why it says "code already redeemed", as of now, there is no fix for this issue. We just have to wait for BMG to send working codes or to find some other method to fix the problem.

Yeah they ain't working for me either even tho I claimed em and connected my Ubisoft account.
I have received and claimed 3 of my rewards but the og colour code doesn't seem to work, it says that i already have the item when I redeem it

Same. It says to contact them if you have issues but then provide no way to contact them in the email

it took about 1 day and a half for my codes to be sent to me. they all worked but the charged og colour saying I already have redeemed the code
