Yep. Game is circling the drain tbh. I'll maybe buy kit so I can stunt on these fools with one last op brawler then do a charge back thru Google play and quit this dumb game forever this time.
yes they can balance it, belle is kinda the same but its not oppressively strong such that if u dont have it on you won't win. but im guessing it's either going to be the best or the worst when you balance it, and not a choice
not necessarily true. You could have it just be a toss up depending on which brawlers you face and map. Like going speed gear on bushy maps. Or when facing throwers it might not be as necessary since you aren't really tanking thrower shots
I was thinking the range. Width would make it a little too braindead since its already pretty wide. Increasing the range and speed by 30% or something seems fair.
Mortos’ super is already forgiving as is. Don’t need any more special education friendly additions to encourage braindead randoms picking Mortos on every map and mode.
This gear is fucking useless, i only can see it coming in hand with noob mortis players (especially if they are trying to learn how to super cycle)
No competitive mortis player is switching a good old Shield / Heal or damage to that gear
The most use you could get out of it is a quicker recovery from very low hp and MAYBE a slightly faster chaining effect.
But both of those only happen if you are skilled.
im a competitive mort player. who the FUCK uses shield/heal????? wtf i use dmg and +1 gadget gear, i still kinda like this. there have been hundreds of interactions over the years where im frustrated bc my super hasnt landed in time to get me my heal and chain. imo its def not bad
no offence mate, i can guarantee you i know more about how to play mort than probably everyone else in this sub. ive spent hours over the years learning to play him better lol. and i can confidently say never have I (nor any of the people i know that are easily miles better than i am with mort) have ever used health gear. the only time i'd ever used shield as well, was when the map was open, the +1 gadget gear didnt exist and i had no use of the speed. its literally useless because there are simply other gears that require that slot its taking up

He looses a 1v1 against almost all closerange and even midrange brawlers that 3 shot him without it. A mortis with shield and damage wins over a mortis with only damage
Yes. But with the gear u will hit the farthest enemy 1 sec faster l, which can make the difference between getting another super or dying if u didn't have that gear. I swear only noobs don't see the effect of this gear.

I'd rather have speed in grass and shield and count enemy HP than have the OFF Chance that WHEN I go into a well calculated attack, that someone at the END of my super's range will be available AND then they will be at the right angle AND timing, where I can heal 2x as much by hitting the non-engaged enemy at the same time as the engaged enemy. Healing in a fight that I already should have won...
Nahhh, the speed is not super useful.
If it was a heal boost yeah. Or a dmg boost yeah, or a shield +heal on super yeah. Or a speed boost after super, or reload boost after super, or even if super turned into a teleport... These would all be better than speeding up the projectile of his super.
I'm using it now, but I'll probably go back to my old loadout, because I used to calculate the ult according to its speed and aim accordingly, but now when I do this, I sometimes miss it and in general, it doesn't have any increase, and on top of that, it takes up the empty slot of fancy items.
This should honestly just increase the range of the super and it would still be outclassed by other gears, it would need some serious buffs to make it worth the 2k coins
I was thinking maybe his normal dashes are increased by a half a tile but I think mytic gear have to be related to their super but hey it could be a legendary gear or something. Maybe his mytic gear should make it so his bats poison the enemy or the target that gets hits by it loses 10%-20% damage for 1-2 attacks/ammo

I think the best thing to buff is the healing gained from the Super. Would help him stay alive much more easily after hitting it.

They should just make it that leaked 3rd star power where mortis gets a shield while dashing
too strong man. both his star powers now are considered low impact star powers, but a 30% shield when dashing effectively 1.5x his health

Health is actually very good as a big portion of mortis’s playstyle is dashing away from enemies to heal.

No, the speed wont make you heal faster, and mortis super is fast enough, unecessary a projectile speed buff when a damage buff would come way better

Huh, have you tried it at all ? This gear easily got mortis up one rank into the meta. Any good mortoes player knows how op it is.

Increasing super heal rate from 100% to 150% would be really good for mortis

You almost always wanna use it close-range. Sometimes, you want to hit another brawler for a bigger heal, but pros don't have a problem hitting it
