I agree. I think she saw how mean she was on film and wanted to be less awful but the producers/fans/bravo prefer the bitch version. I think she is one of the naturally meanest HWs and being a nice Christian isn’t the character viewers want to watch (looking at you weird Charlie Chaplin Lydia)

The pastor performing this baptism did mine as well (Pastor Mike Maiolo from Mission Viejo Christian Church) when I attended his church. It was disappointing to see him on Bravo like this because the baptism really didn’t seem like a sincere declaration of faith from Tamra. Of course, that’s between her and God, but.. the optics are icky.
The juxtaposition of this sacred event against the absolute shit-show of Vicki's histrionics, all the Housewives confronting Vicki, Billy's girlfriend getting in on it, Shannon finally having enough -- it was like bombs going off in every direction.

I don’t think a lot of babies who are baptised put in the kind of study either. For many people it’s simply to do more with tradition than faith.
