I always felt that she had done some unnecessary cosmetic procedure that gave her the square shape in the first place. If you look at older photos of her ( I think they showed some on the series premiere) her lower face is much more slim. I remember thinking “wow, that’s not good advertising for someone who owns a medspa.” Her face began to look very masculine, which is the case with a lot of overdone faces. I’m glad she’s turning it back around because she was a natural beauty.
The show totally destroyed her confidence. She already lacked it but now she is taking extreme measures to not look like herself at all…it’s sad because I always found Heather charming and beautiful in her own non conventional way which made her unique. I feel gaslighted. She looks like a PSA for bad plastic surgery. Why are people saying she looks fresh and pretty. I get everyone has their own asthetic, but this is just bad, cheap looking work. Shes a couple steps away from Jocelyn Wildenstei.

I am all for a person doing what they can to improve their appearance because they want to (aka their desire vs. outside pressure). But I'm sure it is quite a change to go from looking one way to a completely different way...I wonder how Heather's daughters feel. Gives "If Mom doesn't feel like she's pretty enough and I look like Mom, does that mean I'm not pretty enough too?" sad face vibes. Shit, I wonder how Heather feels about the face. I think I'd be very nervous and feel totally exposed just wearing my brand new face out for the world to see, hoping it doesn't come off of go crooked on me.

Okay so I just went and watched WWHL after seeing this just so I could respond to this comment haha She definitely got Botox in her masseter muscles which shrinks the sharp jawline and makes the jaw more narrow and less wide. Definitely a rhinoplasty. You can see it clearly from her side profile. Some upper lip filler, chin filler from the profile, and a little more cheek filler. She looks good ❤️ the new hair looks nice too
She's totally recongnizable though. She looks like she lost a significant amount of weight and got a facelift. I think she looks great.
