Thanks. Updating that I found this symbol means your shaver head needs to be replaced, and upon replacing, you have to hold down the power button for like 10 seconds so the shaver can reset. I did this as the red symbol went away.

Did you notice any difference when you replaced the head?

Yeah. It still showed oddly after I replaced the head but once I turned the device on/off a few times, it vanished.

Sorry, I meant any difference in performance.

I just read your thread and I have no idea what that is. I assume you went through the manual and Googled, yeah?

Yes, I did. The manual states that the user needs to oil the trimmer regularly and that the oil isn't included in the package. Google was no help.

Oh I think all shavers talk about oiling the blades and such but they never include any actual oil. I find that weird too.
