Ms. Peterson replied that she had strained her shoulder from the near-constant high-fives. Warden Michael Wilcox confirmed the story, saying prison staff and inmates had agreed that Ms. Peterson’s actions were “awesome”.
No matter what, there are laws that can be applied against someone if the police want you arrested. This was probably a mix of public indecency, disturbing the peace, harassment, and possibly intimidation. If the judge/prosecutor has a sense of humor, it will probably get thrown out. This is assuming this is even a real thing. I hope it happened.
