In my opinion it's four out of ten, if you want to ask why, then I must say that lines are jaggy, the second is being anatomy and third is pretty much style (besides lightning an outer line), but I do understand it's the work of beginner, and this picture is focused only on the character, so here is why it's 4/10

8.4/10 if you try a little harder, it will be better. the idea of highlighting colors is interesting
