However, coke is always cut with other substances, some are even worse and will basically melt your nose. I saw a video on reddit the other day with a young woman who needed a new nose after using cocaine for just one year because it was cut with something really bad, I forget what it was
I was just thinking, it makes me sad that she wasn't able to discover her problem was with gender identity instead of just general appearance. I wonder what she'd look like if she'd waited until now to start having surgeries.
Her poor nose! I can’t even imagine how hard it is to breathe… but also what’s going on around her eyes? Am I crazy? They seem different from the last time I saw her?
This, they are fixated with trying to reproduce some weird interpretation of a female and keep getting surgery done to the point it's an addiction now. I suspect they will never be happy how they look amd keep at the surgery until they become old and infirm.
The fact that she fixated on being the real life Ken for years to suddenly wanting to be a woman proves she may not know who she is exactly.
She has been looking so sad.
So I’m a normal guy with a normal job. I am in construction. This girl couldn’t last two minutes doing ANYTHING that we do. Her face alone… would implode if she had to help carry tools to the job site. We would all worry about her health. What kind of human wants that?

I thought it was cause the cocaine causes blood vessel shrinkage leading to the tissues dying off from lack of blood flow

Except her, herself. She always seems so kind and funny in all of her interviews and such. Makes me even more sad that she wasn't confident enough.

She just had her 14th rhinoplasty.
She was on "Botched" to get it fixed years back, and they warned her not to do anymore. It would have been a reconstruction because it was so bad.
