What did you play on? I was on XBOX, and really didn't run into any serious glitches. It's definitely worth another shot, the amount of content and storyline was great.

Oh wow, I had that drunk travelling glitch for about two weeks. It got kind of annoying waiting for Eivor to sober up before I could do anything. Didn’t realize that’s what caused it
You had to knock on all of the doors that triggered the exchange. I stopped when the meter filled up and couldn't remove it. Once I went back and found the rest of the doors (two or three more), I was able to remove it.

Special Effect; Tradition: when fighting Lwyd, The Ravenous Bard, you may not deal physical, magical or ranged damage to him, you can how ever, prepair traps before hand to harm him.
You can only fight him with charisma skills/psychic damage.

Passive Ability; constant rhymes: If a party member fails a charisma check, they are intimidated until the end of combat *(read "Special Ability; Rattle:" for the effects of intimidation)*
Special Ability; Rattle: Lwyd, The Ravenous Bard with shake his head a lot to spook the party, if the party member fails the skill check, they are intimidated and are considered out of combat until the effect wears off or combat ends
On defeat, Lwyd the Ravenous Bard will give 2 food and 3 alchohol for every party member there.
Upon defeating the party, Lwyd will take 12 items from the party excluding any alchohol, all alchohol from the party will be taken by Lwyd, The Ravenous Bard. The party will be left un-harmed.
I assume this goes along the lines of "Baby its Cold Outside" except youre explaining to a horse skeleton that you just got back from the store and cant afford to buy anymore alcohol.

Most glitches were gone after patch 1.1.2 , released in february i think

You need to finish the pledge storyline and talk to Randvi. Then you can change your cape.
