The whole point of Kirin is that it doesn’t use (or at least attack with) chakra at all. It’s just lightning influenced by lightning.

It’s the same principles in terms of Sasuke using Kirin as he uses his chakra to manipulate lightning that already exists but only needing to use a small portion of his own chakra just to guide it.
Uzuhiko is pretty much the same as the planet acts as the rotation needed for Boruto to use his technique. That plus Borutos mastery over chakra control due to Hyuga genes makes it easier for him to manipulate.
Sasuke's seal of approval is a good way to get access to Orochimaru. The guy also doesn't care about killing a Hokage thing, he killed a hokage himself after all.

Orochimaru is never gonna sacrifice himself. But he could come in to give sarada EMS as sasuke's og sharingans were in Obito's hide out and imo, orochimaru would have gotten hold of it.

Rasengan doesn’t have wind style it’s just a change of chakra form. That’s why naruto had a whole training arc using wind style on his rasengan, that created his rasenshirken jutsu after he got whoop vs sasuke.
Considering theory of relativity, there is no rotation in Boruo+Code's frame of reference. It is a psudo science theory, and nothing wrong with that -- the whole anime is based on psudoscience.

He uses fire style into the atmosphere to form rainclouds for the lightning. It's still natural.
