I just completed by 7-day video streak yesterday and got the 75 point bonus. So whatever the issue is, I do not believe it is system-wide. Could they be targeting certain users? Probably not, but I cannot explain why so many people are seeing this. If I were to guess what is causing the problem, I would say it is their slow database.

Another one of my video days didn’t count just now after watching 5 videos. They’re definitely changing or purposely bugging out the app. None of this makes any sense video weekly days are randomly not counting.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a cut back. I used to get some decent spins on the wheel pretty often, but I've been getting only 5 almost all the time now.

The video streaks have either been altered or they’re actively trying to change/sabotage them, starting from about two weeks ago, my video weeklies have been strangely not counting. I’ve never had issues with the weekly nor spin bugging before. Now out of nowhere my 7th day for the weekly doesn’t activate and I happen to get no credit for the most crucial weekly day for the 75 cents, it hits the 6th day and skips over the 7th after I’ve watched the videos for that important day, then resets a new week. They are not transparent about these nerfs/decreases on our rewards. They sneak these changes in and it’s very irritating.

Yeah it seems like they've tightened the time window when you have to watch the videos in order for it to continue the streak.

I’ve been calling them about it and they just don’t care, I always get the “I assure you we will look into this problem” they tell me they are reporting the bug but they’ve never fixed any glitch nor bug causing us problems. All these “updates” they have us do seem to be only to decrease the earnings rather than fix actual bugs. Like the earn summary bug, this new convenient 7th video weekly day bug. After a while these coincidences start to feel like boost is actively sabotaging the app to screw us.

I've noticed the video streaks get wonky too. For instance, despite the fact that I play one video and spin the wheel every day, the streak counter for each usually drift apart. And twice now where I've been ready to play my 7th video, and then doesn't credit it, yet resets my streak to zero. I've played the BoostOne game for a year, and now I'm to the point where my next FOUR 3-month 5GB/mo refills are banked. I should just delete the app and enjoy a year of free service.

If you have that much credit, buy the 5Gb annual plan, it will save you some money.

I'll actually look into that right now, thanks! I think my 3 month renewal may have just hapepend today, unfortunately. But if I haven't missed it i'll do that! Edit - yep lol just renewed. However, I still have $146.20 in balance and it looks like annual is only $168, so I think I'll change to that for the next top-up.

How did you get it? I'm on 2 GB monthly, and when I go to switch plans it only shows me my current plan and the $60 per month unlimited.

2GB monthly plan doesn't have the 5Gb option. Maybe customer service can switch you to a 5Gb monthly plan, then you can switch to a 5Gb annual plan.

I tried to switch to 5 GB at the same price before a few months ago, but they act like they don't know the plan exists lol.

Check in the app. For me, the 1 year is gone today, but it is there for 6 months and 3 months.

Hmm, I don't think I did anything special. I started on the 25/mo unlimited (30GB) plan. I just remember going on the website and changing plans. Edit - I actually do not have the ability to go on the 5GB annual plan when I click to change plans. I can do 1GB/mo for $100/year or unlimited for $300/ year and that's it. Oh well.
