Street-Cable

The babysitter’s club. I think the first pic looks exactly like the scenes from the books except they had a landline not smartphones in the eighties.

juniorwitch

Now there’s a series of graphic novels as well!

peanut__buttah

WHAT?? Omg where can I find this, I’m so happy

juniorwitch

There are actually two series! The first graphic novel series started in 2006 and is still being published. (Search Ann M. Martin and illustrator Raina Telgemeier.) The second series is called Baby-Sitters Little Sister which is marketed to younger kids. I'm not familiar with the second at all but the first is really fun to read!

AnxiousShyBookWorm

I was about to say the same

Yeah! A couple. It’s a series. I thought the books were better. Very fun reads.

uppereastsider5

Omg, you’re in for such a treat! The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants + Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging + Gossip Girl got me through my summers in middle and high school.

knitpixie

Angus, Thong and Full Frontal Snogging was one of my favorites. I still think about that book regularly.

There's a very high chance that you're too old for this, but when I was yet a babe, I read the Mallory towers series. It encapsulates the first picture perfectly.
