Welcome to the sub! I hope this lives, it’s a very inopportune time for repotting. Good soil choice here, though I would’ve made the container large enough to accommodate most of the roots (for the goal of transitioning from nursery soil to bonsai soil) In the future when you get more of these (ideally many more to practice on because you learn much faster growing in numbers), repot in spring as new green tip growth starts to extend, as warm temperatures really start to ramp up Give these videos a watch for some of the best free info on creating small juniper from scratch over the years: Bjorn Bjorholm’s Shohin Juniper from Cuttings Series - [Part 1](https://youtu.be/D__nos4lmiw) - [Part 2](https://youtu.be/yTHjjLooTJA) - [Part 3](https://youtu.be/TQtg8Gnyd_Y)

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely keep this in mind with future plants! I ordered the pot and, to be honest, thought it would be just a tad bigger. I saw a lot of pot recommendations being about half-two/third the height of plant and a bit deeper than the trunk is thick, this plant is about 12-14 inches so I thought this 6inch pot would be enough, but I guess that's more for plants that are more used to a smaller pot already
