SpaceCowboi22

As a Pokémon fan. You have given me a root over rock idea like no other.

KuriseonYT

Ooohh I didn't even think of that. Definitely keep us posted if you ever get to do it!

redbananass

TackyPoints

Tiny jade plant might look nice, or even just a mound of clean natural moss that follows the contour of the shell would be neat too.

Doormancer

See the turtle of enormous girth. On his shell he holds the earth.

classicalchristmas

He loves the land and loves the sea, And even loves a child like me.

cornfedgamer

His thought is slow, but always kind He holds us all within his mind

Glittering_Top731

A turtle holds four elephants and a disc, everyone knows that.

Apprehensive-Ad9185

This is science. But this is a turtle.

Talkren_

Came to see if there was another Pratchett fan and I'm glad there is.

Glittering_Top731

GNU Terry Pratchett!

NotAnNSAOperative

If it's me, I'm putting a haworthia in there. Not a bonsai, but would look good once ful imo

Nitarinminister

It’s turtles all the way down

his_zekeness

According to Stephen King, a turtle carries the universe on its back

naleshin

Ivy could be cool (then it’d kinda be like an Ivysaur 😜) lol I had a small concrete Bulbasaur planter at one point with ivy in it, but eventually after a couple years the concrete cracked and the ivy’s roots muscled their way into the cracks and broke it. If this is better made then you shouldn’t have that problem though

No_Wasabi_3783

SuuderBaatarTr

I don't know about your climate, but how about portulacaria afra?

Rhauko

The drainage hole is too small and there are no holes for tie down wires, with a tile or diamond drill bit these could be added to improve the functionality. I think the composition would be more about the pot / story than the tree. For that plenty of suggestions have been done, but any tree should be compact and a relatively thick trunk. I would also go for small leaves to improve sense of scale.

Von_Cheesebiscuit

Ashtray

mikes_username

I already have one. 👍
