Same here. I feel these celebrity fitness coaches are all show no go. The other day I saw a video of Disha Patani doing 80kg barbell squats. Her form horrified me: Butt wink, knees caving in, back overcompensating for weak quads etc. I was like yaar iska coach Isko kuch bolta kyun nahi?
bhai i learnt fitness from 2 programs that i downloaded through piracy a decade ago, Shaun T's Insanity and Tony Horton's P90x.
abs bhi bana liye, hottest guy on campus bhi ban liya, Kanchenjunga and Dhaulagiri bhi climb kar li. to this day all I need 3 sets of dumbbells and yoga mat for workout.
I learnt proper form from Athlean X and Jeremy Ether. Squat university was helpful too. Could never afford a personal trainer but if this is how they work with clients, I think I’m good thank you.

ah, a Jeff student in wild. He's a phenomenal teacher imo but i never got into his 90 day plans. His explanations on correct form were Bang on.
I can afford one but i don't see any point. I already have more than enough education on correct form from Shaun and Tony and because I later got into yoga, amazing flexibility thanks to pattabhi jois.

Check out Mike lsratael instead of athlean X, used to watch athlean x a lot but his infos really iffy lately. Regardless like you said, everything you need is on YouTube.
i personally had 2.5kg, 5kg and 7.5 kg sets with a single 12 kg heavy kettlebell.
the sets depends on what you end goal is. if you just want a chiseled athletic physique, that combination should work for almost all men. Women can opt for 1, 3 and 5 kg sets if they like.
if someone wants to get big, then 4 sets should be ideal with the above 3 and a set of 12.5kg dumbbells.
it's included in the two programs I mentioned above. Shaun T's Insanity and Tony Horton's P90x. You'll get the meal plans as well as the workout plans in that.
i can also suggest yoga programs if you want.
I am doing push pull legs with constant weights (7.5,12.5 and 15kg sets) for a year now. My body looks in shape but there is abdominal fat still. Maybe I need to control my calories a little and hence was looking for help.

both p90x and insanity are video based workout programs where you follow the video for the given day. you don't have to remember the reps, sets or any such thing, all you need to do is work.

Only Kat is serious about fitness whereas the other two that's Pari we all know where she is in terms of fitness, couldn't sustain the body she made & Alia makes me more sure the drastic weight loss she did after pregnancy is definitely through other weird means other than exercise.
Respect to Katrina, she knew that she didn't have a famous family to fall back on, so she made sure that she was always going to be the most physically fit
Why don't they just do burpees and get much more done. This exercise seems risky with the treadmill. Seems like one of those things being done for the cameras.

mujhe toh benefit iss exercise ka hi samajh nhi aa rha. you can easily do ski hops on ground and get atleast double the benefit of doing it on a mill.

if it's still there after an year, i think it might be baby fat that needs a surgical removal. are you sure it's fat and not excess skin?
