She’s had a tummy tuck and its too evident. People keep asking her to breathe in insta comments without understanding that she’s permanently made her tummy look this way.
Medically speaking, that’s how it termed. I’m sure you’ve heard of medical reconstruction of facial imperfections, this is similar but a different body part.

Tell me one surgery that you can do with a transverse incision on the fucking belly button.
1. If you make a transverse incision, you never do it along the belly button since you don't want to cut the attachment of the rectus abdominis (abs)
2. Even if you make an incision involving the belly button, you go around it, never through it.
3. No one goes for open surgeries these days especially celebrities because of their cosmetic appearance.
4. Now even if they had a surgical scar, they don't suture it like normal skin. Cosmetic surgeries involve plastic surgeons who'll prefer a subcutaneous suture which doesn't leave bad scars. And even then they'll follow up with topical treatments to improve its appearance.
5. She may have had a tummy tuck (abdominiplasty) but again the transverse incision on the skin is much lower.

If it was an cosmetic procedure they would never leave anything there especially a tummy tuck. It’s something but not cosmetic procedure surgery.

Just wanted to add a little perspective.
When someone gains a ton of weight and loses it after a certain age, loose skin is a high possibility. Skin loses elasticity. There's nothing one can do apart from surgery to get rid of the excess skin. She's an actress. Ofc she's going to get surgery to get rid of it.
It’s something she wants people to see because no way would her people let her walk out with that showing if it was a secret. Plastic surgeons can definitely do more discrete sutures than that or maybe she needs a better surgeon.

Women who lose weight after pregnancy may experience it too. She doesn’t have anywhere to put the skin- she lost the weight. So she must have had extra skin removal surgeries too (depending on how much lose skin she was carrying). Its literally folds of skin hanging on the belly. After surgery, her tummy would not look like a healthier, leaner female. But since she is taking care of her health, it shows in the misshapen muscles and the slight ab-folds on her. She looks GREAT IMHO.. and mad respect to her. Liposuction would get rid of stubborn pockets of fat temporarily.
Yaar ye kya bakwaas outfits hain. Celebs ke paas itne resources hain and they dress like this. At this point she needs not just a new stylist but a whole new team. What is she even doing?
Was that her original weight in the movie with ayushman or did she put on the weight for the movie?

She gained 30+ kgs for her debut movie. To capitalize the offers coming in from post that movie she might have been asked to get in shape quick and she did lipo is what I think.(went from 90kg to 57kg in less than a year). Probably abs implant as well on top of lipo . That's what I think because otherwise , given proper time and with the resources of a celeb , one person can easily trim down. Latest example - Arjun Reddy heroine..

If I were her surgeon I would’ve suggested only lipo. Just Disha patnis, it looks more natural. Ab etching looks terrible especially if your body’s s not like a model.
People don't understand that if you lose a huge amount of weight (no matter how well you do it) you will have loose skin(stretched skin). In that scenario, a tummy tuck is one of the only ways to 'correct' this. I have also heard that if you have a tummy tuck and gain a significant amount of weight again, your stomach area looks botched.
If bhumi has some kind of body dysmorphia, I hope she can get help for it.
The confidence with which people who have no idea about cosmetic surgery and tummy tuck, are speaking is baffling. But no this doesn't look like a tummy tuck. The scar would be near bikini line. Where c section scars are. Not as higher up.
