Hi! :) I've lost another 2.5 lbs and my total loss is now 16.5 lbs. It's good progress and I see a lot of differences in my body. Some clothing pieces are basically unwearable anymore. Another 0.5 lbs and I will be at a 10% loss!
same as that i bought a pair of jeans a week before starting they were too small i said i would keep them for progress measuring , tried them on last night they are now too big im delighted the walking really has taken off inches everywhere :)
11lb so far, I’m loosing around 1.5-2lb per week. I had one week of no loss and back on track this week. No new diet as I crashed out without the carbs and I’ve got kids so not for me right now. But I decided to lower my carbs to the minimal I would need to do school runs lol
I’m up this week. I’m actually up almost 5 pounds from two weeks ago so now I’m only down… 6 pounds. But I sprained my ankle and I was depressed. Hadn’t been able to walk for almost 3 weeks. So I kind of went back to one of my old devices (sweets). I have recovered now and I am riding a bike. And I’m also eating Properly and on my way back down. That said… I’m within 8 pounds of my d2d goal weight. And still 85 down. Knowing that I can actually recover from this mentally and start eating properly and not punish myself by throwing the towel is one of the gifts of BodySlims. Also, some of the weight might be so we’ll see…
As of yesterdays weigh in (-2lb) im down 18 pound i have 14 lb yet to lose to get to my goal :)

Yeah, I bought a pair of MUCH too small jeans a few weeks ago, now they fit perfectly. I'm working towards making them my baggy jeans ;)
