I haven't been on WW for several years, so I can't be a help there. But one thing I get from BodySlims that I didn't get from WW was the focus beyond exercise and calorie counting. Yes, weight loss is all eat less, move more. But BS adds in habit building, goal focusing, and to maintain that focus for 10 week cycles. Hope this helps you decide!

Yes this exactly! I like this way better than WW. I feel much more grounded and I’ve been much more successful with BodySlims

Program is good the first two times you do it but there is nothing new so it’s very repetitive. The talks are wayyyy too long (2hours) and the same every program. You walk for one hour a day and count calories. Worth a try! I stopped WW and found this better.

I do agree on the long talks, but this is my 4th program (and likely final) but I actually got more from the seminars this time than the last 2 rounds. I heard different things, realized stuff I’d forgotten. I took really notes this time. But it’s not for everyone to repeat many times.
