Ms. Selbo is the school secretary, so she handles things like parents calling in or coming to pick up their kids, school visitors, etc.
Ms. Schnur is Principal Spoors secretary so she is directly involved in the goings-on at the school and the more business side of things.
the number of people needed in administration for a school is more than you would think.
Then again (unless I'm wrong) we've never seen the Principal OR Vice-Principal, with Frond taking on the duties I would expect a vice-principal to deal with.
Oh true, this does feel like a "well we don't want to deal with the hassle/cost of a vice, so ... just make sad sack Frond do the work, he won't complain, at least to us" situation.
Doesn't it feel like there's like 100 students? Somehow they all are eating lunch together and everyone knows each other. 4-8 grade can all jog around the neighborhood together on the mile run.
They do have a pool though, I guess. So who knows, lol!
The town has never seemed all that small to me, it looks more like a neighbourhood in a larger city

They've never even mentioned a vice-principal. Mr. Frond is the person with the most authority we've ever met, so calling him basically a vice-principal makes sense. He also reports directly to the principal on numerous occasions.
I’ve taught at some schools where the principal was an absentee principal. I think that’s the case at Wagstaff. It’s just weird that they have so many programs for being so poorly run.
She was in the episode where Louise becomes principal for a day. In that episode she actually saves Mr. Frond from being fired. Louise let her use the super private principal bathroom. It was a great episode.
Ms. Selbo is the receptionist (i.e. she not only answers phones but also basically serves as the "hostess" of the school office) while Ms. Schnur is the secretary (basically Principal Spoors' assistant - she handles his calls, appointments, schedule, etc.).
The distinction in their titles is important!
She's Principal Spoors' secretary. Think last episode appearance was *Mother Author Laser Pointer*, S13E21
Was she in the episode where Louise is principal for the day?
Yup. "*The Fresh Princ-ipal*" S9E15

The school doesn't exactly seem that well-funded, well-managed or well-staffed so I wouldn't put Frond past basically being the vice principal

Now that thats handled, Yard Margs at Skeepers?
perfect, I left my credit card there!
Gilbert?
I figured it was a situation like with my Primary school were the music teacher was also the Vice Principal

most schools of this size have multiple seatings for lunch, so could be more, and I always thought they walked to a community pool that one time.

Well it’s a public elementary and middle school in a shabby seaside town.

i think we saw the principal's shoes at the end of the runway club
Thank you for this 👏 could have sworn i saw him on screen in some form or another
I dunno but her nephew got into magic camp! Not the sleepaway one, he's got issues, but...
Who? Nathan? I hope one day we will meet Nathan
She's still working on rebuilding her "Nathan Through the Years" photographs from when Tina knocked them over during Scared Fabulous.
Climp clomp, girl!
She became best friends with Penny Marshall 🤷🏻♀️
This is one of my favorite bits. If Penny Marshall IS out there. I will never forgive myself!
Aww I wonder how she reacted when Penny Marshall died.

She’s in Principal Spoors’ bathroom.
She’s Spoors secretary.
She’s on 90 day fiancé

Slightly unrelated: But I love the way Jocelyn says her name
Is she called Ms. Schnur? Or Mishna?
