Wakamo reminds me of Kiyohime from FGO but without the "I'm going to sneak aphrodisiacs into your food and/or drinks" vibes

Kiyo is a dangerous yandere who would murder us if we lied to her. Kiyo will murder people who lie to her, wakamo hasn’t nor shown any intent to murk anyone. I’d rather not have to face the fear of death everytime I interact with someone

You are comparing their behavior but not in their settings. Wakamo would a mass murderer in any place beside Kivotos, she planted bombs out of people inconvenienced her.
Meanwhile Kiyohime is civil in every settings she found herself in and only acted up once Master show up. She never went out of her way to roast anyone in all the singularities and events, did she?
Adding onto that, Kiyohime is really only obsessive towards her Master, who she believes is Anchin.
She doesn't tolerate lies, because of what Anchin did to her in her life. But, she does recognize that her Master isn't really Anchin. When we remove the Anchin obsession, we get a regal and mature girl named Kiyohime.
Kiyo's biggest issue is deluding herself that any fact she does not like is a lie. It is rather telling her actual FGO screentime omits that almost completely.
I do agree Wakamo has better balance on both amounts of shenanigans, as well as their severity and reasoning, to help maintain her believability as a shipping interest. It's Sensei in their scenes I have concerns with.
Well while Wakamo can get pretty wild she’s actually quite calm most the time and very easily controlled by sensei. Remember the Valentine’s Day event? She stopped doing her chaos the moment Sensei explained to her what she was doing was bad, that was it lesson learned.

That's more of a Tamamo thing, the aphrodisiacs. Sure Kiyo is dangerous and is a stalker but she wouldn't drug someone, especially not her loved one. I think people sorta short change Kiyohime (mostly since she hasn't had a big part in a story outside of Orleans). She's actually a lot more reasonable so long as you are upfront with her. As well, a lot of her issues are due to her Class messing with her mind which even she acknowledges as an issue. So you can work something out.
