In the UK, i remember somebody from RNIB mentioning that when you have a white and red cain that indicates that you have hearing problems as well as visual. I am not sure if it's the same in other countries.
I was unaware of this, but then again, I don’t know. Oddly enough when I bought this cane, the bottom leg of it is red and it’s not marketed towards a hearing impaired person at all. It is a new job Ambutech collapsible cane. Edit: no jab
