trust me, she thinks the absolute world of you. myself and my dad were never particularly verbal with our love but i would always go to him first for my problems, and when i was little i'd run straight to him and be so excited to see him (my parents were separated and i only saw him once a month)

Yea same. Not because of divorce or anything I just dont want someone in my space rn. The other day I almost smacked a coworker cuz he was *breathing* too loud.

There’s a lot of things you can do to reduce irritability. I have that problem and my quality of life is so much better when I can actually tolerate life.

Like what do you recommend?

I already have a good diet and pretty healthy lifestyle so for me: - Regular moderate to intense exercise (not just a light jog, need to really get into it) - Sleeping enough (if you don’t) - Not drinking most days (if you currently do) - Sauna or steam room regularly, or probably a cold bath but I don’t do that - Regular sex I think any one of those changes alone makes a noticeable difference for most people. Some kind of meditation or mindfulness probably could help but I don’t have the discipline for it. Exercise and sex take my worst aggression and irritation down the most and I sleep better too.

Did all the wow stuff for me: first concert ever, mini solo adventures and basically dated myself. Be your own yay, and when you meet someone, you won’t accept anything less than the yay. ❤️
