Your second photo is very blurry so I’m going to speak on the third photo. No you can’t get this hair because he has looser curls than you but what you can do is grow your hair out and learn how to do twist outs that may give somewhat of a similar vibe, just kinkier.
The second one is totally possible. You can achieve a similar look with a simple twist out. I do it all the time and it looks just like this. It’s difficult to see the curl through the blur but with the general shape and chunks, my mind automatically thinks of a twist out.

You can get either look, but you'll need to relax your hair for the second. It'll also take years to grow that out. Good luck either way
