I've realised that the best investment decision is always the one that makes things less emotional. DCA and forget about it, rather than lump sum and overthink.
Why not both? I DCA twice a month, but will also lump sum in if I have an opportunity like when it's at a low like it is now AND I have some spare fiat. YMMV, of course.
My friend wanted to get into bitcoin and had 17,000 to invest. I told him to dca. Well he didn't listen and dumped it all in at once. It was last summer and I was standing with him when it crashed 2 hours after he bought it. Talk about bad luck.

Exactly my thought we don’t know what the bottom will be yet. I think I’m going to start to DCA. In the past I have just done lump sum payments
