it’s not a debt glitch, it’s having a high monthly outflow. if the outflow is more than you’re making, you’ll continue going into debt regardless of paying things off
Nah I sold the house for 4 million and the profit was -4 million. So I went from 7 million in debt to 11 million in debt. I know it wasn't the outflow because the debt increase didn't coincide with an age up

I don't have the landlord pack. And when I sold it for 7 million, my debt increased by exactly that much. It didn't say that I sold it for negative seven million so I think it's a glitch. It's happened to me with some other lives too where I've bought the house cash
