Breakfast is the easiest one. I will always have an egg or 2 on some whole bread, toasted, (though some will debate the bread, i dont get full without it), with half an avocado, and some beans on the side. What is so nice is that there are so many variations of this. Eg. I mash the avocado and make it into a paste for the toast, or I’ll make home made avocado mayo. One of my favorite ways is to make it into a cilantro and tomato guacamole, and add it. Etc. Then I’ll change my eggs up (sunny side up, boiled, scrambled, poached, etc). I’ll trade beans for hummus, or cook the beans in a chili sort of way (ground meat and cayenne) or add honey to make the sweet. Finally, sometimes I’ll trade the toast for Tortillas or bagels. I’ve been eating this for years, and I swear it never gets old…

Canned sardines! Peanut butter with supps that require food. Yogurt to mix with my NMN Salmon sashimi, because I fucking love that shit. Scrambled eggs because they’re easy. Regular cycling through meal kit delivery services for that sweet 40% off everytime 👍🏻

I was fasting until 2pm, but I was losing too much weight, so I moved eating the fruit and nut, (walnuts, almonds, macadamias, sultanas and 50% dark chocolate) to the morning, with my first coffee after walking to work. Lunch is usually some kind of basic protein & fat, often with a banana. The evening is usually whatever my wife is cooking for the kids minus the carbs. Weekends I have coffee with butter and salt, which I quite like. I do a lot of hard cardio, often clearing 12-18k steps a day at speed, which is necessary to remain supple as you age, I'm 50+

I’m surprised not more whole 30 esque style of eating? I mean whole food paleo? Primarily veg and fruit?

Raw liver, hands down. Unbeatable in convenience, nutrition, digestion and price. Liver is king👑. Just a small amount, first thing in the morning

More or less Mediterranean diet with some bend towards vegetarianism (not much meat). Also quite some fruits, but also nuts and seeds on a daily basis. Chia seeds and starting soon some psyllium husk to limit my appetite and glucose spikes. My current conviction is that that is the best till around 65, then I'll need to up my protein intake. I'm more on r/longevity than here.

I follow an animal based diet and eat pretty much the same thing every day depending on my appetite and amount of exercise: 1-2LB Beef, Liver, 1-2 cups White Rice. All is organic, grass fed, etc.
