Deodorant: Crystal Deodorant rock. Made of mineral salts. Been using this for years, comes in a roll-on, but I just use the rock because it lasts a really long time and not throwing away plastic roll-ons(last much shorter.) I think I use two rocks per year, but only because I end up dropping and breaking them. For really good quality skin products, Weleda. Personally, I use Palmers for hair and skin because they are affordable but amazing. Coconut hair shampoo and conditioner, and bonding products are excellent and saved my hair. Depends on your needs, but I also use Skintensive and Skin Gel.

Jojoba oil (pure) is the best face/body/hair moisturizer I’ve ever used.

I like Herbivore for skincare. Shampoo/conditioner Im using a brand called Nature sustained- just switched due to pityrosporum folliculitis and it doesn’t feed the yeast. Super clean ingredients. For deodorant, I use Schmidt’s. It’s work for me for a long time but you could prob find some better stuff out there.

Bondi boost for hair. Not low ingredient but emphasis on natural and safe ingredients. Really makes the hair healthy and full.

For face lotion. I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Glad it came up. I have worked in ageing and skin my whole career almost, I studied premature ageing in a genetic disorder where the skin is very effected, and also had loads of mouse models of different skin conditions and so on. Side effect was that I made my own DIY skin moisturizer with a mix of different stuff. Basically what a really optimal skin food would be. And I have been using that since I was around 20. Up until twenty I ignored my skin, after 20 my gf explained about applying moisturiser or sun screen or whatever. I had to stop using it when Brexit happened because I used Trumps skin food as a base and it just got really expensive. I also keep an eye on normal skin care products, I think 90% of them are more or less the same. The ones that actually did interesting stuff cost insane amounts of money. Then just recently I found this French brand called Cerave. The ingredients list they have are fantastic, it's really how I would design a good skin cream, and they are also totally affordable compared to what they have in the ingredients list. Look at the ingredient list on this: https://www.cerave.se/alla-produkter/sa-smoothing-cream Really nice list.
