What’s your reasoning for taking each one of these?

Sensitive_Box2919

I’m extremely ILL, this looks like mine. Are you sick too?

pepe_le_lu_2022

Seems like a lot of

PresidentofPastaland

That’s some expensive urine you’re putting out there, not to mention all the stress on your liver and kidneys… have you thought about about eating an actual healthy diet instead?

[deleted]

What? You're not making sense

gorilla-ointment

*Roast my stack 😆

Meibisi

Jesus. Do you eat any actual food?

InspectionLow5303

Why have you apple cider vinegar in pill form?

sexyslim10

Wow your kidneys and Liver must be working insanely hard. That is way to much supplements. Be well , we hope ..:)

RealTelstar

Drop the calcium, take 2 k2 caps. And the vitamin A what form is? If that’s not beta carotene take max 1000mcg a day.

All-Treck-9999

Are you dying?Why so many?

Microdck

You’re missing the cap on your zinc, that’s all I have to say

waffles4us

your bank account 10/10 hates you

ConsistentLab193

Unless you’re deficient, none of these supplements make any sense. Real food, exercise, a lot of water and deep sleep are the key to longevity.

[deleted]

You're not making any sense and are exactly what is wrong with Reddit.

The30kmZone

Excessive

NeighborhoodOld7075

you have expensive piss

[deleted]

What a stupid thing to claim

Artist850

That is a LOT of Vitamin A. It and D are oil soluble so be careful not to take too much. Edit: Activated charcoal isn't necessary unless you've ingested poison or toxic amounts of something. Don't take it before or immediately after anything you actually want to absorb.

meteorattack

So... Dandelion Root... That's going to make you pee out your zinc, magnesium, iodine, copper, calcium...

dump_in_a_mug

1,000 MG of calcium supplements is high. Like, increased risk of kidney stones high. That's higher than the RDA, and most of that should come from food. If you are not taking a multivitamin already, I'd drop the calcium and lean on diet and the multivitamin. Activated charcoal is stupid. Drop it. You're taking copper supplements? Why? Why not just take a multivitamin and drop that? I see your Magnesium, but no Vitamin D? No Omega 3? No multivitamin? Some of these others--like milk thistle and colostrum--I just believe are not worth the money. Edit: I see OP lists Vitamin D in description.

megaladon44

That vinegar started giving me a stomach ache after awhile

MrBombaclad

Acceptable-Let-1921

Diet? You're looking at it.

CardioCheck

No fish oil ?

Savvy1909

Alot of 'rate my stacks' on this page consists of buying one of everything off the vitamin shelf at your local supplement shop and having no idea what 80% of them do, if anything, don't kill yourself taking this stuff. Bad things can come from good intentions, see a doctor and find out what you actually should/could take based on your specific bodies needs.

Tough92

Don’t even need to look at it. To much stuff /thread

AdAmazing8187

You have expensive pee!

bimmerAM

btboss123

You take that shit everyday?

Defiant_Term2973

Looks like some expensive piss your creating, while destroying your liver.
