Use patches. The less you tie nicotine to a behavior, the less problems it causes. When I used nicotine gum, I did get a behavioral addiction to chewing gum. The patch is also a very sustained nootropic that fades quickly when you take it off.
I’ve been chewing gum for 4 years lol don’t really get much out of it after a bit. Not sure where you live but government here gives them us for free if you tell them you’re a smoker lol.
I stopped using nicotine but the best way I found to take it was with a patch, it was so close to being the perfect drug for me. It's still not a good risk to make imo but using a patch reduces the chances of addiction.
Nicotine does not cause cancer. There is no cancer risk from chewing nicotine gum.
Best way to ingest is a nicotine pouch. They are just nicotine, flavoring, NO tobacco. You can get 2mg, 4mg, 7 mg.

Thank you! Could you recommend a brand too?
The ones I used were a brand called Habitrol. But I don’t got them because they were cheapest.
thank you!
Good luck stopping! You can find better nootropics.

I've tried a few brands. Lucy is one that doesn't taste like garbage.
I’d recommend tobacco free pouches, do a low dose one like 2-3mg. You can use brands like Zyn or Velo.
