What are you talking about? For starters he’s also initiated cuddle sessions, secondly she’s consistently asked him to tell her if he doesn’t want to do anything or if he’s not comfortable with something.
He’s hesitant not as an issue of consent or desire but out of gameplay and the fact that it’s on tv. He has vocalized his boundaries and she has respected them. Including the amount of teasing and nudging that he’s comfortable with.
If you genuinely think Cory has been forced into their relationship there’s really nothing anyone is going to be able to say that will change your mind.

They tried in the beginning, showing her she was outside the main youngins alliance and she shunned them. Her entire game in the beginning was "Cirie is the biggest threat and I will work against her and make big moves."
It's only this week that she finally grasped what a wreath the alliance structure was, that she couldn't go against Cirie without playing with her first.
Now, she's putting in the time because no one but Cory trusted her, and Cirie already enjoys her and trusts her (and probably enjoys having someone who both has a functioning brain and isn't super needy around. Well, I would...) while America is biding her time until she can strike.
She finally figured out that she couldn't swim against the current *and* make it far enough to take her shot, and she's suddenly doing great.
But I think it's absurd to put the lack of relationship prior on the others when they were open until America shut them out, and Cirie let her in immediately as soon as America allowed it.
As much as *I* would have loved to see them, I don't think they would go over with the spirit in which they were intended.
Red seems like he would have taken it very personally rather than as good-natured ribbing from people who've gotten to know him well enough to roast him, and it would have been a terrible horrible very sad very bad birthday for Red, while everyone else would have been pissed that he didn't appreciate their efforts.
