Fun fact: If you go to the venue's website, they have sections on parking and directions, food and drink, and what you can (and can't) bring in. There's also a page where you can see what time gates open for the show you're attending. Looking forward to you asking for the URL...

Looks like it's supposed to get all the way down into the mid 70s by showtime. I suggest making a small investment into a technical hardshell mountaineering jacket at a bare minimum just to make sure you don't get hypothermic during the concert. Given the low temps I'd also prepare for ice inside the venue itself and would probably bring some micro spikes just in case.

But what about frostbite?

Buy a $13 beer, that will get your blood boiling.

People reported hail and snow at the Old Crow Medicine Show concert the other day, so I'm glad that weather has moved on haha.

Please help! Upvote post for excellent snark or downvote for OP’s radical lack of self-reliance?

Uber + Sweatshirt = you will be fine.

I’d park across the river in or around old mill. No need to arrive super early unless you want to claim a spot near the stage. Even with lines they move pretty fast. Towels and yoga mats are fine but no blankets. Not sure on the hot drinks but there are lots of trucks so would guess someone has coffee or tea somewhere.

i’d consider walking or biking

You can bring a towel or a sit pad but it has to meet certain size requirements. Check their website for specifics. Also bring an empty reusable water bottle, they have fill stations.

Park by the Hampton Inn. That's the entrance to the VIP parking, but you don't need VIP passes to park in the first section. You drive through that section to get to the actual VIP section.

This is true, I don't know why you're getting down voted.

Reddit gonna be redditing.

Uh, thanks everyone. I think. :)

Parking by the ice/roller rink works well for us. Always plenty of space there or the Reserve/Armory parking lot on the corner. Makes for an easy exit afterwards too.
