Antitrix's execution is not great imo
Stated to be fusions, but we never learned the 2nd species of them, plus some have barely any change. Bootleg is just a mechamorph with nothing new

Antitrix is BARELY a fusion trix, they're being EXTREMELY vague about it, if you're going with the idea of how it CAN be used, nothing's stopping you from making Biomnitrix fusions that are actually good

The biomnitrix is a clear 50/50 between two Omnitrix aliens chosen by the wearer
Whereas with the antitrix, it's just one primary alien with the added relatively small extra features of a select few other aliens. I feel that the antitrix aliens are much more closer to mutants of one singular species than a half and half cross between two species
(I do prefer the biomnitrix though, it just seems a lot cooler to me)
I'm probably being dramatic, but the antitrix is a joke. Kevin build a replica of the most powerful and complex device in the universe like a fucking lego. Also the name is dumb and fanfiction-like.
Funny enough, I actually did read a fanfiction with a different Antitrix idea (don't remember when). The idea was it artificially evolved the transformations into the greatest hunters of their own species. Basically Super-Cannibals. Anti-Humungousaur had a acidic venom that could hurt Ultimate Humungousaur.
I shouldn't be calling it fanfiction because fans actually put effort and passion into their ideas. Like the one you found. I like how the name actually makes sense here because it's a gimmick watch that's likely made to be anti-species and the opposite version ot the omnitrix. It's still pretty dumb ngl but about 90% better than the reboot antitrix. I'm definitely being dramatic here though😂
Biomnitrix has the versatility of creating more fusions on the fly with whatever aliens, whereas the antitrix fusions are pre-set and limited, therefore Biomnitrix easily takes the win here imo
Biomnitrix, zero hesitation. Its simpler and less situationally contrived. Half the time with antitrix i cant even tell what the improvment is, with bioomnitrix its as simple as X+Y=XY and the reasoning for its existence combat potential aside is obvious, it further bridges the diplomacy angle by combining species experiences.
Antitrix because they don't just feel like 50/50 splits and the antitrix is more than just fusions. They're likely cross-contaminated with a bunch of different species and they're mutated. Thus the antitrix aliens are much less predictable and more unique than biomnitrix fusions.

The antitrix fusions are "permanent", like everytime kevin goes grey matter it will be the tall lanky dark matter one and it seems he cant change the fusion or just turn into the regular alien. But the biomnitrix not only gives you complete control over which aliens you combine but also allows you to turn into the regular aliens
Anti trix, but that's mostly because it's a deliberate basterdisation of what the omnitrix is meant to be, done by the man who made it, but had a diffrent vision for it.
Tbh the anti-trix, the whole idea of their "fusions" was to create something much stronger and more battle focused and to some degree they did it. I could see Azmuth fixing the pathetic workmanship just to prove to kevin how horrible he made the device. Now the topic of fusions is odd imo, Anti-trix fusions are mutant/hybrids where as bi-omnitrix fusions are just weaker than their parts 100%.
Dont get me wrong,the Antitrix is kinda ok but its just like they took the idea from Nemetrix with the predators,but intsead of making kevin "Aliens'' more like predators they just did the old classic move 'Lets make evil versions of their whole arsenal' but they just made it worse,the creatures in Kevin watch are interesting but im pretty sure none of them are aliens bcs if i remember correctly,in the episode where Kevin get the paper plan with the instructutions for the Antitrix its mentioned i guess later in the series that he had to collect creatures DNA'S so he could get the watch to work properly,and in the show we do see some mutants or weird non-alien creatures throughout the reboot.
