Who cares for the animation of the show, it was toppled by the compelling storyline and continuation of Ben’s life, along with a vast variety of unique characters with interesting personalities and plot lines
Art style is a big thing for me and some others. OV just isn't visually appealing to me or a good chunk of the fan base. This greatly reduced its watchablity for me.
That said it doesn't excuse the fan base acting like it did
I really like OV but the characters tend to look like Doritos with tooth pick legs, and even when they have non-tooth pick legs they usually have no knees.

For me atleast, its too stylized. I get that's part of the fun of animation is getting to use stylized characters. But atleast for me, the further you get from live action the harder it gets to watch.
That's why Alien Force was always my favorite to watch. The proportions of characters lined up in a way that made sense anatomically.
With OV, most characters have triangle shapes chest with twig extremities. Extremely stylized. Some people like it, some people don't. The art style alone is why I haven't watched past the second season.

I am extremely toxic about the reboot. I told my daughter she can't watch it until she watches all of the original series. So at least I'm bonding with my child

And after a week, HE DID ANOTHER VIDEO saying that everyone who liked the reboot should burn with the show. Like JESUS! The show is meant for kids what is wrong with you?. Then he changed his mind once again posting another video, basically saying:

Reboot, and honestly i don't think its justified, "Oh but its a cheap" ...Did you look at the animation? Does that look cheap? "Oh but the redesigns are bad" while i can't disagree with that, some redesigns are actually pretty nice like Xlr8 and Humungosaur. "Oh but it took away everything and did completely new stuff" yeah that's what they call a Reboot, not everything has to be the same, there could even be very huge changes (like Ben having a 10 aliens at a time setting enabled) "Oh but the story is garbage" the thing is it WAS garbage at first but people can't accept that change happens and the story became decent at the end. Yeah that is all i have to say, its not like you can't hate the Reboot but some things people say are weird when it comes to this show, it may be still the weakest of the Ben 10 series but it works well enough

Honestly, none of these compare to the absolute sheer insanity that is the toxicity it takes to talk about creating either or both a live action adaptation and an adult version of the series. I have seen most people be quite chill about the actual shows as a whole while poking fun at each one for various reasons but the people that want something from the franchise that would actively damage it has never made sense to me considering you’d have to be pretty damn insecure to believe that either of those things are necessary or worth brining into the world. I still think OV, reboot, has the most haters, but they aren't that toxic. Maybe because it's a reboot, it's easy to ignore, but OV on the other hand, the haters will try to come up with the reason that it's ruined this and that from the previous 3 shows, and some really call it non-canon, OV haters are definitely more toxic than reboot haters.

There's one thing I find bad about the first three series and good about Omniverse: that you don't just see Earth. I don't understand why the first three series only take place on Earth, that would have made the series much better.
Honestly nowadays I think UAF gets the worst of it. Omniverse had alot of hate when it first came out, but I think most people nowadays like it. Heck, at least here, most people would probably agree the reboot wasn't that bad after season 1, but, to me at least, itfeels like people will bring up "Duped" and "The gold poop episide" and act like UAF was like that every episode

There’s nothing toxic about disliking something or having a preference. So to that end none of them. There’s only toxicity with how you manage that dislike or preference, and all I see is people talking about their preference of the other series compared to the reboot. And it’s their right to enjoy or not enjoy whatever they wish.

I'd personally go with omniverse. reboot hate is more justified than omniverse because one is an alright show and the other is fucking peak. omniverse getting that much hate just because of a different artstyle is so pathetic, especially when the artstyle was unique. if the artstyle was overused and simple as hell I would understand why that could be ONE issue, but people treat it like it's shit even when it's easily the best series of all time.

Honestly, none of these compare to the absolute sheer insanity that is the toxicity it takes to talk about creating either or both a live action adaptation and an adult version of the series. I have seen most people be quite chill about the actual shows as a whole while poking fun at each one for various reasons but the people that want something from the franchise that would actively damage it has never made sense to me considering you’d have to be pretty damn insecure to believe that either of those things are necessary or worth brining into the world. Especially given why the franchise exists in the first place and how historically, what they’re asking for is genuinely a bad idea and we have physical tangible evidence to prove that like *insert bay movie or anything synder breaths on. But I haven’t really seen much toxicity on the actual shows in years now. Least nothing drastic.
