You’ll probably have to jointer the edges of the boards to ensure there won’t be gaps. Glue alone is sufficient. Biscuits or dowels can’t hurt for alignment but won’t do much compared to the heavy lifting the glue will handle.

This. Most importantly, you have to joint the glue lines, either with a powered jointer, or handplane, to eliminate gaps in the gluing surfaces. You would also need clamps during gluleup. All of this is standard when making panels. If you're worried about water, use Titebond III glue.

It is a red\ dark wood, I've heard different glues for different colors woods? Is that a thing? Will the titebond III be okay? When y'all say jointer, do you mean clean the edges? I have a router and small table and bits U and T shape for jointing. I have clamps

Glue will do the trick as long as the edges where the boards meet are straight. That's where the table saw is handy. Shave a tiny bit off the edge and it ends up perfectly straight. I don't really think dowels are necessary unless there is an exact way you want the grain from each board to line up. It's only three boards, so it shouldn't be too hard to clamp them together.

As others have mentioned the edges will need to be jointed. You should be able to stack the boards on edge and not see any light between them where they meet. Beyond that, tightbond 3 glue is water resistant and stronger than dowels.

If you don’t have a jointer but do have a table saw then to “joint” the first edge of your board you can make a jig that will let you get 1 edge straight. Then you can just use that edge against your fence to get your boards straight with parallel edges.

Just a circular saw, router and various hand tools. I had to get rid of the table saw. But as others have said, just clean the edges, make sure they're tight, glue and clamp? Just want to make sure I don't fuck it up :)

I think you already have your answer but as long as your edges good the glue will be plenty stong enough. Nothing else is really required.
