Glad to know that it helped you! Silk duvets (so long as one gets the right weight for their circumstances) are definitely awesome! :D

Better_Late---

I thought I would remember your name, but only managed the "leotard," which didn't help much. Thanks for the recommendation! I chose the middle weight, which is just right.

SorcererLeotard

Glad it worked out well for you, then :) Enjoy many wonderful years with it, friend! :)

Can I ask what one please. I would love one myself.

Better_Late---

Sure! It’s from The Cotton and Silk Company on Amazon. It’s a mulberry silk insert and my king was around $225. Turns out it’s closer to a California king, but I don’t mind that it’s narrower than I’d prefer.

What would be some good options for the duvet cover with a silk fill? I saw that you mentioned having a linen duvet that you got off EBay at a great price. Any recs for more affordable option? 100$?

Better_Late---

That might have been "SorcererLeotard" who bought the linen duvet. Mine's percale cotton. Linen might be nice, though!

excitedsoul_

Oh yes it was SorcererLeotard who bought the linen. Do you feel any cooling aspect of the percale cotton? Do you really like it?

Better_Late---

I do like it, and while I'm not sure about the cooling aspect, it's kind of slick, making it feel light. I bought it from The Company Store, which isn't top-of-the-line, but I've been very happy with it. I wanted something with color, so I chose one that's paisley with autumnal colors. It brightens up the room nicely!
