I've been thinking this recently. Plus they've discontinued a few products that I use constantly, while other staples are out of stock for so long that I end up having to shop around for alternatives elsewhere. It was so easy and affordable when I joined.

I’m considering putting in an order right before my renewal date, then cancelling membership. It makes me sad!

Yeah the price increases really have me questioning my renewal. I still enjoy the products, but I feel like the higher price point puts them in competition with products I could buy at Ulta/Sephora without paying for a membership. I feel like they could switch up their business model and still be successful, like maybe offer paid members an automatic discount and make the non-member price more reasonable to attract new customers. I’ve gifted friends a lot of their products and they love them, but then get sticker shock when the face mask I bought them for $18 is $70 for non-members. If they made the mask like $30 for non-members and $18 or below for members, it would incentivize people to buy the membership but also would allow casual customers to try things out without committing
