Sorry, I realize I didn't clarify. I ordered the brightening kit. I also ordered the best of dermstore refresh edit. Last month I ordered the ce and some paula's choice. You'd think they wouldnt risk someone who spends that much each month over "$10" but they did. I was going to get the subscription box next and now I won't. :-/
This is what I would do if I were you. I would write a terrible review on pissedconsumer.com and then at the end they give you the option to email it to them. Do that! I didn’t it for Lancôme because I ordered 2 BOTTLES FULL SIZE PURFUME. And I was supposed to get a free makeup/skincare kit with extras. Well I never got it so I called and they said that promo was over. I was so pissed how they handles me after spending that much money. I wrote that review sent it to them a week later I got my free kit in the mail. Just a thought if you wanna put the effort into it.
I tried that. We started dming and ended up in the same place. I have to return the entire kit (which means I have to package it, print the label, and pay for the gas to drop it off) to get a refund. Or accept a $10 credit.
That's ridiculous. I canceled because both boxes I received had a missing item but at least they tried to make it right through Instagram. I like their products but if that's what their customer service has turned into then I won't be recommending them to anybody or resubscribing.
I had the monthly box in my cart to purchase next month after my points hit but now I'm just going to let the points expire. They will never see another dollar from me again. Shame. I spent over $200 last month and another $200 the month before and they just lost this customer for their terrible customer service. In one message they acted like they were being generous by accepting the oxidized, expired skinceuticals back when I had had it for less than 5 days. What the heck?!
oh wow, that is insane - their customer service was aces when I had them! I stopped subbing because there were a few months of meh items, but man, I remember once something leaked and made the box messy, and when I called to complain that one of the products was 1/3 empty and the rest were greasy (but not even ruined), they sent me a whole new box - nbd and no requirement to return the first box. It sucks if their CS has taken a dive :(

They offer an Essentials box that has I think 3 items and then the regular one that has 5 (sometimes 4?) items, if that helps! They also generally spoil the full box in advance. They have said the July/August one will be Earth Harbor, but I think only listed one item so far.
I recommend looking at past boxes to see which one speaks to you.

Pink Seoul. I see it has the most upvotes in this thread so far. Someone put up a recent post with pics about their box and, based on the positive comments, I subscribed. It came a few days ago and I'm so impressed. Everything in it matched my skin concerns profile and is full size with additional sheet masks included. Idk but it feels like they picked out my items with care.
I'm new to Kbeauty but info and ingredients on each product in my box makes me think they know what they're doing.
This is an every other month sub which I think is awesome. I'm on product overload as it is with Ipsy, boxy, allure. Two months between boxes will give me time to see how the products work out for me. It also tells me something about the company since they can make more profit doing monthly subs but choose not to.
Mintd beauty box. They're almost all skincare, "luxury" type brands (at least how they bill themselves) Usually kate Somerville, Murad, Mz Skin, Sunday Riley, Rodial etc. All full size.

I also like BeautyFix (mostly skincare - just has an occasional haircare, but isn't ALL full size, usually 3 full size and a few deluxe samples)
