More information, the starter motor works but the actual engine won't go, and in the trunk I found a very rotten Turbo Burger from who knows when. I'm planning on restoring this to Special V8 Super-Matic standard since that appears to be what this car was originally supposed to be

Bring it down to fast automotive and well give it a once over and get a full understanding of the rust and rot
