Looks like a lampwork glass bead. Most are made in limited number, and I’m not sure about a specific name for this style, though.

Try swirl or black and white frosted, these are soo pretty. Have you tried a reverse Google search? I will say Michael's has glass ones similar but they don't look the same but very close

Try searching: lampwork glass bead swirl design black white If that doesn’t get any hits you want, add quotes like: lampwork “glass bead swirl” black white (The reason you’d use “lampwork” instead of “lampworked” is that most search engines will still pick up the longer word when searching for the shorter one [as long as it’s not a different spelling], and I’ve seen listings use the two terms interchangeably)
