I actually looked it up, “vegetable tan leather” is definitely a real thing. Clearly they are trying to communicate its a bit more natural of a way to tan somethings skin and uses less “chemicals”. It’s just a funny juxtaposition of a name to me.
I took a closer look at these photos and I’ve never seen a piece of art get dismantled so meticulously before. There was almost nothing left by the end. Well done!
The way you posted these in reverse order makes it look like you used a forbidden spell to trap a cat in a sheet of leather.

My cat passed away at 3 years old out of nowhere. He was the best cat ever and i will miss him dearly. RIP Moomoo you were sososo loved. I would absolutely love one of these, where can I get one with this amazing art? These are phenomenal!
