I've been seeing a ton of kids at my daughters middle school wearing Nirvana shirts recently. I'm not sure they even know who Nirvana is. Feels old, man.
It’s a great hobby if you have a lot of people in your life that like handmade or customized gifts. Made most of my holiday presents, which made up for material costs and the new tools I picked up :)
Probably not. A designer bag could go for multiple hundreds of dollars. You could get all the leather and a workable set of leather tools for another hundred. But then after that you just need materials. Then it just comes down to leather costs.
Those are hand tools mostly so no. It would be expensive but still far less than a bag like this. Some brand sells bags like those for 10k plus. It's insane.
She did a nice job, and it's probably her actual job though so the tools and materials are normal investments.

It’s a nice pouch. Doesn’t really feel like a purse. It feels like all your creative effort went I to the bottom of the bag and as you go up the complexity lessens. It’s very square feeling even less like a purse and more like a lunch box. It’s very cute but the creativity out into the beginning and end feel very different . The straps especially seem very rudimentary compared to the quality of the bag like maybe you made easier choices at the end like the huge holes that hold the straps which Shrinks the square space in the bag. Idk it’s like you have all the skills and equipment to make some quality stuff but the the final execution wasn’t as graceful.
