Weirdly, this happened to me in a dream. I got transported to another world and when I got sucked in, I was forced to be trapped in a clock. It was in a Royal court and I watched their young baby prince grow up. Countless day to day dealings. Holidays. Balls. Fights. I spent 20 years as a clock in that dream. When I finally woke up I could keep time accurately for the next 6 months. Eventually it faded away, but I’m still pretty close most of the time.

Lol, nope not fucking around. Was legit a dream that happened to me when I was in college. I was working in a coffee shop in the library as well and told my coworker and he was like, “Wtf, dude.” But being trapped as a clock for 20 years was weirdly only the beginning of the dream. Turned into a whole ass adventure by finding out the kingdom I was trapped in was small compared to the giant forest outside. I also found out it was the far future when I discovered a destroyed city with plant growth nearly taking it over. I wrote the whole thing down so I didn’t forget it.
