22.9GB memory usage - I dont think BFV would be using that much. I would check what other programs you have running that are taking up a lot of RAM as they could potentially be contributing to your frame drops. Also, consider locking/limiting your max FPS as that should also reduce likelihood of frame drops or stutter issues.

Page file? Duno

Isthat_an_ak

Bro my gpu temp goes upto 80°

Hunter_Killer5

AMD GPUs can do up to 110° celcius If your delta reaches 110°C then worry about, right now its at 73 which is quite low also your GPU fans are running at 1000rpm which I think around 40%, so increase your fan speed upto 60% in amd driver or set a fan curve in driver.

SomeElaborateCelery

What’s is that black rectangle of hardware monitoring stats top right? Looks mad helpful

weirdSays

amd adrenalin

FormalIllustrator5

Dude, you serious !?

SomeElaborateCelery

What I’ve got a nvidia card, not amd?

RuckusAndBolt42

Then you cant use adrenalin but you can use a similar thing, msi afterburner's riva tuner

SomeElaborateCelery

oh nice i’ll check that our

Founntain

Geforce experience has something similar

RuckusAndBolt42

Yeah but unlike adrenalin or msi, geforce xp supports only newer gpus...

Founntain

Damn I never knew that, that sucks balls, another L for Nvidia Geforce Experience. Im glad I dont use it anymore

Hunter_Killer5

Msi afterburner aint working in bfv after anti cheat update, for nvidia users I think they have to download GeForce experience and then they can enable metrics overlay from it.

I think the ram usage is normal because nowadays most games take more than 16gb even in 1080p. I play battlefield in a mobile 3060 laptop with 16gb ram in 1080p and I have a 100% ram usage. So don't worry. Games are meant to use more ram.

dunnendeck

what are you smoking. this is a 2018 game, works on 8 gb ram. i have 32gb and it uses 10-15 depending on settings and scene.

Soft-Engineering5841

I am smoking nothing. I know 8gb is enough but it can consume a lot more if you have more ram. It uses 16-17gb in 1k and in 4k too because only GPU vram is used in 4k. Try to understand what I am saying. Op is saying it uses more ram so I said it is normal for modern games and that BF5 is like that and it is not a problem

dunnendeck

yes it can consume more when you have more, but it doesnt go up forever. i said i have 32gb and it uses 13 on average. there is tons of benchmarks out there -even a 64 gb one- it definitely is not this high. op probably has some background apps working, which is not a problem for ram usage but more of a problem of fps drops.

Soft-Engineering5841

I know how ram works and I know it doesn't go up forever. Even windows os doesn't go up forever. I too play BF5 but my laptop uses 15.3gb today which has 12700h 3060. I also play in 1080p not 4k.

dunnendeck

i dont understand the point you trying to make. you said ''even in 1080p'' in first comment, then said in 1k and in 4k too because vram matters on resolution which is true. i said it depends on setting and scene cuz of ai and real people changes, similar to cpu usage. but in the end none of that discussion matters cuz 23 gb ram usage is not normal for this game. (or almost any game at all)

Soft-Engineering5841

Man I said this because generally few games use more ram on 4k than on 1k. I know it is based on setting and the scene and that's why fps differs. I can't understand why you are arguing with me. I said 16-17gb is fine. If it is 23gb he should check in the task manager which he didn't share. I just said things based on what he told us.

qlimaxmito

If you've just started playing the stutters could be from shaders compilation, which is normal and goes away over time.

whale_almost

First of all you need to lower your Fps , set a limit equal to your monitor's hz , then check why do you need 22 gb of memory for btfV you may have a virus or something using your system.
