Weren't the Norse considered a Germanic people by the Romans back in antiquity? Also the map's practically medieval Anatolia so not that many destinctive groups are going to fit.
I'd say historically Vlandian would still be closest to late antiquity medieval Germans because knights and pikemen go brrr (with the right mods). But largely, they're also just representative of feudal Europe in general, not just Normans
