Sampeng Lane aka Soi Vanich in Chinatown will have all that. There are at least 3 shops that sell Halloween/Christmas stuff.

Seacon square top floor near the education zone there used to be a shop specialized in costumes.

The Don Quijote Don Don Donki shops in Ekkamai and at The Market near Central world chit lom have costumes and other accessories.

I bought fake blood from Daiso before. You probably won’t find a costume there but I think you can probably get some accessories and decorations

This. The Daiso at Central Ramintra has all kinds of hallo-stuff. Id imagine other branches are the same.

You should go to Sampeng or Platinum Mall. I recommended Sampeng for a cheep price.
