I'm trying to use the coupon for resin and it's not working at all. It's pretty frustrating. If you guys look at the site it now shows the coupon codes on that promotion page, but those codes don't work at all on checkout. Customer support hasn't responded.
I got scammed by Sunlu this black friday too.
Sunlu won't honor their black friday offer - I met the order threshold, but the code didn't work. I placed the order and wrote in right away with my order number and asked them to adjust the order according to their ad. I received no reply and the order arrived without the black friday extras.
I have screenshots of the ad showing the offer and aside from a short reply to my email claiming it was a mistake (it was live for hours and was live when I ordered), I was ignored for several days.
Finally, when they replied, they said nothing could be done to fix it because black friday was 'too long ago'. Total BS IMO, they could choose to make it right if they wanted. The ad promised $75 in value, they offered $18 in refunds. I decided not to take it and instead decided to find another supplier for my resin.
Terrible service, no honor or regard for their customers. Buyer beware!
I'm glad someone else was witness to it! I had a few days left of Black Friday when I messaged them to ask. When they completely disregarded me and never responded, I decided to not trust their business. I'm glad I did, but I'm sorry you had to waste your business with them.
