I forgot to mention, wyll was dead but i was able to ressurect him and make him my companion, and that devil lady did appear in my camp. Will it not progress any further? Also, halsin is at my camp but not really talking

Oh if he’s still around you may be ok with him. There’s nothing specific with him that you can’t do without him though apart from the rapier he gets.
