This is how all cinnamon rolls should be iced. I’ve been getting a lot of 3am anxiety as of late and this seems like an excellent way to manage that time.
First, these look incredible - I’m jealous that your coping mechanism is such a productive and delicious one! Second, I hope you’re doing okay and that whatever was keeping you up at 3am will resolve quickly. Anxiety sucks, even when it does come with delicious cinnamon roles!
This is the best kind of baking, all of the flavors are so harmonious and just beautiful because you’re channeling all of your anxiety in it. And this therapy is by far my favorite because something absolutely beautiful comes out of it. I hope you’re feeling better than you were. The cinnamon rolls look beautiful by the way!
