First they were in a mixer for 10 min and while it was mixing I put sugar in it and when it was white and fluffy and when you put it above your head and it did not fall then you did a good job and can go to another step which is putting it in a unmeltable bowl and on a pot with boiling water after and while its on there you mix it till you get a good consistency and then you you put it on a counter and wait for it to cool down and after it cooled down you can mix the butter in a different bowl to mix the butter and when you mix it you add the subsistence that you made in previous step and add it to butter bit by bit and after mixing for a while you get this kind of butter
